An ideal first night anchorage nice and sheltered in a bay between three neighbouring islands, there is a ranger station on Koh Yai who will pay you a visit to ask for a 200 Baht per person per day national park entry fee.
Koh Hong features the largest hong on any island in Phang Nga bay, this can be accessed at any state of tide, but is best experienced on a higher tide. From the main hong there is a small tunnel which on a tide between 2.2 – 2.4 m has access to another two smaller hongs. Koh Yai features a small beach In the mornings you will be offered fresh seafood from the local fishermen in their long boats.
The Paradise resort on Koh Yoi Noi is set in its own sandy half moon bay, an enchanting resort featuring hammocks tied between trees, a cocktail and lounge area right on the beach, as well as a choice of two restaurants which extend onto the beach. The rooms of the resort are scattered up into the hills behind the resort.
- Explore the stilted village of Koh Pan Yi, and wander the streets where you will find a number of souvenir shops, a football field (very popular local sport) a glimpse into every day life as you will see the school, and the locals going about their daily activities. There are several excellent seafood restaurants in Koh Pan Yi, perfect for lunch with a view of the bay.

The Phi Phi islands are a must for any visit to the Andaman sea, known as the some of the most beautiful islands in the world, with high limestone cliffs softened by white sandy beach’s and crystal clear water. Sparsely populated, the island has a small and beautiful harbour, Palmiziana Cove, with a marina and some good restaurants on the waterfront.
The north side of Ko Phi Phi don is in direct contrast to the south side, being a tropical paradise with a soft powdery sand beach and lapping crystal clear water just underneath there is 200m of fringing reef out the front. Along the beach there are a number of resorts offering a range of beach side dining options.

Ton Sai bay is a large well-protected bay surrounded by large limestone cliffs, under which is some great diving and snorkelling locations. The main village of Phi Phi Island is built around Ton Sai bay, a large village that caters for all tourists from 5 star resorts to hostels, there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This village is busy year round and offers plenty to do.
Either take an excursion on your own yacht, or a guided tour on a local long tail boat from either of the anchorages on Ko Phi Phi Don. Ko Phi Phi Lee is stunningly beautiful, with it’s gorgeous Maya Bay made famous from the movie “The Beach” staring Leonardo Di Caprio. In addition to Maya bay, there are some stunning day anchorages on the other side of Ko Phi Phi lee in between the lime stone cliffs that are well worth exploring.

Koh Racha Yai is the larger of the two islands that make up the Racha islands, known as one of the best scuba diving spots in the area with the visibility on the east coast of Koh Racha lee being as good as 30 m! The island features two main beaches both offering soft white sand and stunning views of the nearby islands.
Outside of this main anchorage there are a number of smaller bays that make great day stops offering great diving, lovely beaches and great fishing. In the main anchorage in Kon Kare Bay you will find the Ban Raya resort and spa.
